What your day will be like at The Infinity Health Retreat:

6:30 AM Hot tea or coffee for savoring a sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

7:00 AM Full body restorative yoga with Ruth Morrow - a warm, nurturing, compassionate, playful, and masterful teacher.

8:00 AM Breakfast. You'll be delighted by the delicious, highly nutritious meals that will be prepared for you every day by Chef, Katie Fiore.

9:00-3:00 After breakfast, we’re out the door to embark on an adventure, hiking the beautiful landscapes of the Blue Ridge Mountains. With the support of your trail guides (including me!), you can hike at your own pace.

3:00 PM Time for rest and relaxation with your tribe at the comfy Bend of Ivy Retreat, feet up by the Koi pond, or exploring the spectacular 63 acres with creeks, labyrinths, and overlooks.

4:00 PM One-on-one Health Coaching, qigong, yoga.

7:00 PM Dinner with your tribe. Get ready to thrive on the Infinity diet; vegetarian, plant based and free of wheat flour, processed sugar, and dairy. Just the superior foods!

8:00 PM Health classes, evening meditation, more relaxation at the comfy Bend of Ivy Lodge, and stargazing.
